My stay at the hotel was overall great. The room was spacious and had nice corner windows. However, there were some issues like my room not being ready on time and a broken TV that we only discovered later. The service was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff who even provided an extra pillow for our grandson. The location was very convenient for exploring the city attractions, although parking was a bit of a challenge. The dining experience was fantastic with a friendly staff, but there were some difficulties with the manager's response to an issue. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The accessible room I stayed in performed adequately for my needs, but the layout was a bit awkward due to being in a corner location. The room had undergone remodeling, though some finishing touches were still needed.
Although the hotel had some uncomfortable and dated aspects like a TV in the room and dust on surfaces, my stay was pleasant due to the big and comfortable rooms. The service was a bit dry, but they did upgrade us to a suite for less money. The location was clean and good-sized, though the enclosed parking garage had height restrictions. The dining experience was tolerable with moments of disappointment, even though the local bread was good.
